  40 of our Year 5 and Year 6 were lucky enough to spend a day at Etihad Stadium to experience what is was like to be a footballer for a day.

• Year 5 and Year 6 Girls Football

  On Wednesday 6^th March, the Year 5 and Year 6 Girls Football Team played in a Friendly Tournament at Reedswood E-Act Primary Academy.

   

  The girls won two of their three games, and had three different goal scorers too! Not only this, there were some amazing clearances and saves, by our defenders and goalkeeper throughout the matches. The girls managed to get to the final of the tournament and lost 1 nil, in a closely contested match.  

   

  Mrs McKenzie, Mrs Battison and Mr Wilson are very proud, of not only how they played, but how they represented the school off the pitch too.

  Pupils to come to school in their PE kits / sports clothes for the day.

  All proceeds to go towards playground equipment.

   

  Friday 15^th March – Red Nose Day

  Pupils come in non uniform / wear something red for a 50p donation.

   

  Tuesday 19^th March - Spring Disco

  Disco tickets on sale for £1.00 at playtime from Monday 11^th March

  Raffle tickets on sale for 20p at playtime from Monday 4^th March – prizes include Easter Eggs and Art and Crafts.

  Proceeds will be split between School Fund and The British Heart Foundation

  On Thursday 7^th September all pupils will arrive at school ready for registers at 8:50

   

  The School Day

   

  • Playground gates are open between 8:40 and 8:50
  • Morning session: 8:50 am -12:30 pm
  • Afternoon session 1:25 pm – 3:15 pm
  • At the end of the day the children are escorted onto the playground by staff.
