We hope that you have had a fantastic easter break. Our classroom is ready and we hope that you are ready to launch our exciting new topic.
Following our amazing google expedition into the depths of the ocean, we are now ready to begin our topic for this half term... Under the sea! We will be exploring the oceans and seas of the world and meeting the creatures that can be found there. We will also look at the ethical dilemmas that keeping sea creatures in captivity can cause.
Our P.E and games lessons take place on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Don't forget to bring your kit!
Spellings will go home on a Thursday and we will practice them in class on a Tuesday morning.
Children are expected to practice their times tables and weekly spellings at home (practice makes perfect!).
Exotics of the World
Today we launched our rainforest topic with a visit from Rob at Exotics of the World. He bought in a range of different animals for us to meet including a meerkat to help with our English work on 'Meerkat Mail'.
