Weekly Spellings

Here are your weekly spelling lists for this half term. They will be uploaded each Monday and will be tested each Monday morning. Try to use different methods to learn how to spell each word so that it sticks! For example, repeat writing, writing in different colours, using pictures to assist word memory, creating sentences containing each word, designing a word search for your spellings...the possibilities are endless. You want to know the word so well that you are able to use it correctly within your independent pieces of writing - not just within your spelling test. Good luck! 😊

PE days are Monday and Thursday, so please remember your PE kits on those days 👍🏻
All children have been given a reading book and a reading diary. Please ensure that your child is reading at home regularly, and fill in their reading diary when you have heard them read. Many thanks in advance 😊

Please also encourage pupils to use Time Tables Rockstars for between 10 and 15 minutes every day.
